Agent U (also called Upton, or just U) is an MiB agent, and a bit of a kiss-up.

- There is a running gag where U's codename and the word "you" get mixed up.
- In one of the episodes of the MIB animated series titled "The Buzzard Syndrome", Agent U caught a small alien J and K were unable to, this in Zed's mind made him a rival to Agent J in some ways.
- Agent U does not believe that J is a good agent. He is frustrated when J he says U's real name, and sees J getting his suit ripped as a sign that he lacks professionalism.
